2. Air bearing motor

The rotor of the air bearing motor is suspended through air bearings. During the start-up and operation of the motor, the air bearing around the rotor uses the air pressure generated by high-speed rotation to suspend the rotor, thereby reducing the friction between the rotor and the stator and reducing the loss. The rotor of the air bearing motor can run stably at a higher speed. In the small power range of 7.5kW-500kW, the air bearing motor has advantages because of its small size and high speed. Because the friction coefficient of the air bearing decreases with the increase of the speed, the efficiency of the motor can still be maintained at a high level at high speed.  motors widely used in some ventilation or gas compression systems that require high speed and large flow, such as industrial waste gas treatment equipment, aeration blowers for sewage tanks, compressors for hydrogen fuel cell systems, etc. The working medium of the air bearingmotor is air, which does not have the risk of oil leakage like oil-lubricated bearings, and does not cause oil pollution to the working environment. 3. Sliding bearing motor

In the sliding bearing motor, the use of sliding bearings allows the rotor to rotate at high speed with high power (always ≥500kW). The rotor is also the core rotating component of the motor, which generates a rotational torque through interaction with the stator magnetic field to drive the load to work. The main advantages are stable operation and durability. For example, in the motor of a large industrial pump, the rotation of the rotor drives the pump shaft, allowing the liquid to be transported. The rotor rotates in a sliding bearing, which provides support for the rotor and bears the radial and axial forces of the rotor. When the rotor speed and load are within the specified range, the rotor rotates smoothly in the bearing, which can reduce vibration and noise.
